On the day of your arrival, your pitch will be available from 11 a.m. and must be taken up before 8 p.m. Rented accommodation will be available from 3.00 p.m. and must be taken up before 8.00 p.m.
On your day of departure, the pitch must be given up before 11.00 a.m. and rented accommodation before 10.00 a.m.
If the pitch or accommodation are not occupied by the customer 24 hours after the booked date of arrival and the delay has not been communicated to us, management will treat the pitch or accommodation as available for let.
Booking of a pitch or accommodation only becomes effective after acceptance by us and our receipt of the completed and signed booking form and a deposit of 25%.
The balance of your stay is payable not less than 30 days before your date of arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before the date of arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking.
All campers must comply with the general conditions of sale and with the internal rules of the campsite.
Campers are responsible for their own insurance. The campsite declines any responsibility in case of theft, fire, storm, etc. . . and for any incident involving the camper’s civil liability.
Bookings of pitches and accommodation are strictly personal. The customer may in no circumstances sublet or assign a reservation without the agreement of the campsite.
Do not forget that vaccination is compulsory for cats and dogs.
For rented accommodation a deposit of 150 euros is to be paid on arrival. The customer must leave the premises in perfectly clean condition, or a charge of €45 is payable.
Early departure, late arrival or cancellation do not give rise to any reimbursement by the campsite; however, if you have taken out cancellation insurance please refer to the following paragraph:

l If one of the following events occurs before your departure:
- Serious illness or death of:
yourself or your spouse/civil partner (or registered partner)
one of your ascendants, descendants, son- or daughter-in-law
- Death of a brother, sister, brother- or sister-in-law
- Major material damage to your personal property necessitating your presence
- Redundancy
- Accident to or theft of your vehicle and/or your caravan occurring on the route (direct) to the your place of stay
- Obtaining permanent employment after the booking date
You will be reimbursed:
20% of the price of the booking for an event occurring between the date of the booking and the 30th day before your intended date of arrival;
100% of the price of the accommodation, for an event occurring less than 30 days before this date.
1 If one of the above events occurs during your stay and obliges you to cut short your stay, you will be reimbursed:
An amount corresponding to the uncompleted part of your stay already invoiced by the campsite.
